On our way

This morning we hit the road on our cross country drive to northern California. Originally, we were going to take a southern route to avoid bad winter weather. But after looking at the forecast we decided instead to try the more direct path along I-80. We'll keep a close eye on the weather and head south if needed. Tonight we'll stop in Des Moines or enen Omaha if we're really energetic.
