Iowa and other thoughts

We're back on the road after staying at a lovely Hilton Garden Inn in greater Des Moines.

As we were driving through the area yesterday, we saw many large companies from diverse industries - so different from mid-Michigan's depressed auto-only economy.

Today we have a mostly rural drive through Nebraska and Wyoming. One day closer to Cali!
