Humans rights & most-favored-nations

So, it's not often that mainstream media reports on human rights violations, but it is here. Now the question is, why exactly does China and Russia have most-favored-nation status?

Marriage with kids becoming less common?

This article was in today's paper. It was a surprise to me, but mostly because it seems like that, at least with people my age, that all the married women I know have kids. Dave and I more often than not seem to be the exception.
